My iced coffee was a little light on the ice, but Brock at the drive-thru made my morning. What a great attitude!

This Starbucks is so inconsistent. If you can just go to the south location. It’s much better. They are constantly making our drinks wrong- even ones right off the menu. Don’t order a cloud if you want any kind of drink. You’ll spend $6 for a half filled drink. And it’s happened way more than once. But if you want a hot tea it’ll be so filled to the top that you can’t hold it without hot tea spilling all over your hands or all over the seats of your car just pulling out of the drive thru. These employees clearly don’t care about the service here.

Ordered and waited in the drive through for 15 min for them to get my order wrong not adding one drink. Having one of the two that were on there list being so bitter it was gross and intolerably disgusting. Asked for it to be sweetened by Carmel and got it back tasting just as bitter. The last drink we had to pay full price for and when we said we where tired of waiting and to come in because I was waiting gas being in at the front for so long. They said to wait. The cup of coffee we ordered was small and not the right size. Worse service I have ever had here and I'm a frequent customer. I expected better. It looks as if I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The staff is very friendly and the service is quick(especially during rush hour) no complaints so far.
